No deposits required. Except for reservations between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend, and the Christmas and New Year’s periods. Then the first night’s room rate will be taken at the time your reservation is made.
If staying multiple nights, the room rate reflects your nightly room rates averaged over the length of your stay.
There is a 12% occupancy tax (subject to change).
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged one night’s room rate. Except for reservations between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend, and the Christmas and New Year’s periods; then seven days prior to your arrival date. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please have the confirmation number or the credit card number used to reserve the room available for the agent. If you reserved your reservation online, click here to cancel or modify your reservation.
Early Check-in Policy
Check-in begins at 4pm. If you are planning on arriving before 4pm, we request that you call the day of and request an early check-in time, if your room is available we will be happy to accommodate you.
Early Departure Policy
There is a $75 fee should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. If booked over a minimum night requirement or on a holiday package, you will be charged the full length of your reservation.
Parking for overnight guests is always complimentary at Inn of the Lost Coast.
