Inn of the Lost Coast’s meeting and event accommodations feature one large meeting room for small groups up to 65 people and smaller breakout facilities to accommodate simple, private, and intimate meetings. Table and Seating Arrangements
Classroom Style Seating
Long, narrow tables are positioned in front of rows of chairs facing the panoramic ocean view. Classroom-style is the preferred table configuration for longer sessions. Water pitchers and glasses are typically placed on the tables.
Theater Style Seating
Chairs are lined up in rows facing the speaker. Theater-style is most effective for maximizing the seating capacity and allowing the attendees to be closer to the presenter.
Banquet Style Seating
Guests are seated at round tables 60″ in diameter. Banquet-style is best suited for events where meals are taking place. Table rounds also work great for small committee and study group meetings.
Conference Table Seating
The conference-style setup is best used for board meetings, committee meetings, and intimate food and beverage functions with a small number of guests.
