Deposits are required on all reservations between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend, and the Christmas and New Year’s periods.
If staying multiple nights, the room rate reflects your nightly room rates averaged over the length of your stay.
There is a 12% transient occupancy tax (subject to change).
Parking for overnight guests is always complimentary at Inn of the Lost Coast.
Check-in begins at 4pm. If you are planning on arriving before 4pm, we request that you call the day of and request an early check-in time, if your room is available we will be happy to accommodate you.
There is a $75 fee should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. If booked over a minimum night requirement or on a holiday package, you will be charged the full length of your reservation.
Cancellations must be made seven days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund for all reservations between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend, as well as December 20th through January 4th.
All other cancellations within 72 hours will be charged one night’s room rate.
Changes or cancellations to all reservations require reservation confirmation number and credit card number used to make the reservation.
For online cancellations, 48 hour notice is required and there is a $25 processing fee.
